Who we are
Saldaña Homes LLC is a family owned home building company. Founded in 1991, Saldaña Homes LLC provides quality and affordable homes that contributes to the growth of the Austin area and enhances the lifestyles of area residents. The three partners of Saldaña Homes bring a wealth of experience in business management and in the housing construction development. Two of three partners are second generation in the homebuilding process giving them more than 57 years of experience and promoting innovative thinking while recognizing high standards of quality within the industry. The partners, Rose Marie Saldaña-Rocha, with husband, Mario A. Rocha and brother, Manuel Saldaña are full service builders in custom homes and speculative new construction on infill lots in Central Austin.
Saldaña Homes regularly works with local organizations, such as the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corp., Blackland Neighborhood Development Inc, Blackshear Neighborhood Development Corp and Chestnut Housing Revitalization Corp. Most currently, Saldaña Homes was chosen by Catellus Development Group to be one of the six builders to build in Mueller Redevelopment, those homes were rated 4 Star under the Austin Energy Green Building Program. Our workmanship is recognized by these organizations to be of high quality, and comply with all code regulations and voluntary accessibility guidelines.
